Payments
DEPOSITS:
Makeup: Weddings and other group events require 50%, or a portion of the total as a deposit. Other makeup services require $30 deposit at time of booking.
Custom Wig: A 50% down payment is required at time of booking. No exceptions.
All services require a deposit. These deposits are to be paid immediately by card at time of booking, and is applied toward your services. Your deposit will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of event, date change, family friend doing makeup now, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.
Payment options:
I DO NOT accept cash app unless it is for tipping after a service. I allow Zelle and Apple Pay outside of booking on my website.
Scheduling Policy
Late: I understand that things happen, but if you are more than 15 mins late it will affect appointments after you. Therefore, there is a $15 additional fee for anyone that is more than 15mins late to a scheduled appointment! Any appointment more than 15 mins late will be cancelled, and charged full amount of service.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Anything after 48 hrs is subjected to being charged the full amount of the service.
Last Minute Booking:
I usually try to accommodate everyone even if it is last minute. If you need a last min booking (less than 24 hr notice) or for me to squeeze you in, you will be charged an additional $50 no exceptions.
Travel Policy
I am an "on-site makeup artist", which means I travel to you on your special day. All travel fees have already been included in the price of service within 30 miles of Cheektowaga, NY.
•I come prepared with makeup for all different skin tones and types, directors chair, ring light for good lighting, camera to take before and afters, and a table if needed. Please notify me prior to the appointment if there are stairs or anything else that I would need to make accommodations for.
•Any location within 30 miles of Cheektowaga, NY have the travel fee already included in the price of service. An additional travel fee is applied for services 30 miles out of the Cheektowaga, NY area.
•Anything over 200 miles from my start point with a start time at 7am or before, I require to stay the night in a hotel the night prior. Hotel will need to be covered by you.

Service refund policy:
Hair Service: If you are having issues with a hair service that you have paid for please contact me immediately! If this is an error on my part you will have 2 days from time of service to come back and have this fixed. Anything past 2 days will not be honored!
Makeup Service: If you have problem with your makeup and dislike anything you must make this known at time of service! I will not make any accommodations for anything after your appointment.
Wig or hair purchases: Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best.
